Aline Lanckneus
Frontend Developer.
I am a Consultant:
After my 6 month training and my first experience in building an online workshop; I feel that the things I learned are a great basis to start adding value to a project. I’m easy-going, quick to learn and enjoy finishing something as a team, together.
I am an ex-Veterinarian:
Consider working to keep a small animal alive. Under stress, you work hard and meticulously for several hours, focussed not to make a mistake. You succeed. A brief moment of relief. Back to the books, document, schedule, consult.
Software crafting seems very similar, except that you are allowed to make mistakes. Better yet: learn from them.
I have the eyes of a hawk:
In my spare time I love playing games where I snipe down the bad guys. Occasionally, you can see me chasing down my adversaries during a paintball match.
As a developer on your team, be sure I’ll hunt down issues & inconsistencies with the same intensity.
Geert van de Lisdonk
Tool enabled Tester, Software Testing Trainer.
I am a Consultant:
Testing became my passion; Mitigating risk through smart, pragmatic thinking and careful use of tools & code.
Mindless use of technology doesn’t help anyone forward. I help you choose the right path and join you on your journey to a risk-focused, quality strategy.
I train new Testers:
API testing, Selenium, organising your testing, visualising quality,… these are all courses I can offer that can help you forward. I am part of a team of trainers that helps new testers get their bearings.
I organise Meetups:
BREWT is a meetup in Ghent for Testers. I help organise & grow the organisation and Testing community.
Joanna Moćko-Łazarewicz
Tech Events Organiser & Event Manager
I am an Organiser:
I built two very successful testing conferences in Poland from the ground up. From finding a venue, to offering feedback to speakers, to spreading an After-movie of the conference on social media, I orchestrated an amazing experience for countless of enthusiastic Testing Professionals.
Now I will do the same for Diversity in IT with ITmatters.
I am a Networker:
Over the years I have enaged with a legion of smart, motivated people. I like to connect with them, truely connect. It doesn’t stop with knowing their name, what they do or how they can help. No. I want to understand people, what motivates them.
I am Unstoppable:
During my maternity leave I organised ITmatters.pl, a conference for 100 people to talk about inclusion, diversity and enriching your teams by cultivating the things that make each of us unique. My beautiful son remains numero uno, he helps me do awesome things for you.
Daria Dorda
Management 3.0 Facilitator, Coach & Business Psychologist
I am a Trainer:
In my professional career, I passionately share my knowledge. As a leader, a psychologist, a trainer and coach, I have built and implemented several leadership and talent programs from scratch. With these qualifications and experiences, I dare to say:
Nothing good comes from an unprepared leader; Neither for the teams nor for the leader.
I can help you become the leader your people want to follow.
I teach people and organizations:
Leadership, Management 3.0, Agile, team effectiveness, wellbeing and psychology at a workplace are the areas of my expertise and passion. I love to work with leaders, specialists and whole teams to help them grow. People, their behaviours and dynamics keep fascinating me every day. I value my client’s goals and potential while respecting their readiness to change. Change is the most courageous thing one can undertake.
I am a healthy workplace enthusiast:
I believe that “soft skills” aren’t really that soft and are probably ‘harder’ to learn if taken seriously. They are precious skills that don’t allow themselves to be estimated or invoiced, but they will largely decide whether your project & organisation will be successfull or not. Together, we have power to change our organizations and the way we connect with others.
Beren Van Daele
Owner, Consultant
I lead a company:
Together with like-minded people who value communication and transparency above all else, we wish to grow a company that enables people to be themselves. Experts to the outside, a fellowship on the inside.
Each member has the freedom to pursue their own merit, whatever that looks like, while also bearing a responsibility to the continuation and growth of the company. With full transparency, we aim to facilitate communication between members to find a balance that makes sense for themselves.
I am a Consultant:
I am a Freelance consultant who shapes software delivery teams to improve on their work and their understanding of quality. Once a Software Tester, sometimes a Product Owner, I travel around, meeting software crafters all across Europe to learn from and teach.

– RiskStorming, a workshop that focusses the team on quality and risks
I run a small conference:
– BREWT is a place where software testing experts & peers share knowledge and learn from one another.
